Who were the programmers of The Warriors?

[edit]

An IP user tried to insert a list from an unreliable source and insisted on their talk page that they were one of the developers. Is it possible to find a reliable source that would provide the information needed here? 0xDeadbeef→∞ (talk to me) 09:30, 23 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Kevin Hoare was the the publisher of Warriors. Forestaken (talk) 04:59, 24 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Publisher should be Rockstar Games, right? If there is a source that said Kevin Hoare was the only developer for this game, could you please cite it? 0xDeadbeef→∞ (talk to me) 11:23, 24 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry i mean't to say programmer but yes you our correct on the publisher. Forestaken (talk) 14:56, 24 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
The Warriors (video game) On the article it say that the programmer was Kevin Hoare Forestaken (talk) 15:03, 24 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
But this is apparently what is being contested by the IP; see Special:Diff/1123614957. Do we have an RS for either?  --Lambiam 12:45, 25 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Essentially the same list of credits – but clearly not just a literal copy – is found at IMDb.[1] One unreliable source plus another unreliable source doth not an RS make, but this increases (IMO) the credibility.  --Lambiam 12:55, 25 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Robert Mobbs states on his LinkedIn profile:[2]
Lead Programmer Rockstar Sep 2003 - Sep 2005
  • Lead programmer of "The Warriors" (Xbox/PS2)
I believe this clinches it – falsely putting easily falsifiable info like this on one's resume would be just too stupid. Both the IMDb list and the GameFAQs list have Mobbs as part of the programming team and Kevin Hoare as technical director. The latter's role can be acknowledged by changing the director parameter of the infobox to
director = {{Unbulleted list|Greg Bick (artistic)|Kevin Hoare (technical)}}
