Two sentences from a report in Monday's London Evening Standard puzzle me. The first reads:

On the suggestion of George Russell, the seven-times world champion was told to slow down marginally to give Russell DRS and, in theory, aid his younger teammate to hold off the threat of Carlos Sainz.

The second reads:

"...I was around two seconds ahead and they asked me to give George DRS and I had to come off the gas down the straight."

If you type DRS into the Wikipedia search field, listed under "Sports" is our article on the Drag reduction system. Alansplodge (talk) 22:05, 29 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
