Soviet film[edit]

Can anyone identify a rather bleak film, possibly made post-2000, set in the Arctic circle. Three men are staffing a radar or weather station whose power source is a nuclear reactor the size of a small car. Two leave by snowmobile for a scheduled staff changeover, but the expected replacement never arrives. The lone remainder deliberately opens the reactor, presumably to kill himself by radiation.
