Difference between interlingual homographs and interlexical homographs?

[edit]

I'm currently copyediting an article, Bilingual lexical access, and I've come across two terms: "interlingual homographs" and "interlexical homographs". Are the terms different, or are they interchangeable? "Interlexical homographs" were suddenly introduced without a wikilink or a same-page explanation. --Tenryuu 🐲 ( 💬📝) 03:55, 9 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Both terms are present in the oldest revision. I think they mean the same: homographs shared between languages are homographs shared between their lexica.  --Lambiam 07:24, 9 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
thumbs up Great! Thanks for the response, Lambiam. I had been looking through two or three scientific abstracts and it seems they're also used interchangeably there. --Tenryuu 🐲 ( 💬📝) 15:50, 9 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
