Wikipedia:Requests for feedback/2011 August 28

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Hi. I have emulated the quality and importance assessment features from Wikipedia:WikiProject Chess and applied them to Wikipedia:WikiProject Contract bridge/Assessment. The project should become part of the overall Wiki assessment schemes for class and importance and the project banner {{WPCB}} will have to be amended accordingly - see my sandbox for preliminary work on this. Further fine tuning may be required on the assessment page but I would like feedback before doing so. Please remove the tag if it is a sufficient start. Thanks.

Just wanting someone to look over my draft page please. Can't entirely understand why there isn't already a page. I'm endeavoring to improve on the citations and sources.

  • Sorry, I'm failing to see where you establish notability - being the daughter of an actor, or god-daughter of a famous singer isn't notable - what are her achievements and merits? I'm afraid, if this was an article, it would be looking at probable deletion due to lack of notable information - but as it's a draft, you have the opportunity to work on it further - it needs a serious boost of reliable content, though. I recommend you read WP:BLP and WP:NOTABILITY. Ma®©usBritish [talk] 12:31, 28 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I need to get feedback how to post my article and optimize it. EDWIN OTERO RIVERA A PHILANTROPIST, LOCAL PROFESSIONAL AND PHOTO JOURNALIST FROM SAN JUAN PUERTO RICO

  • It looks like your article is trying to advocate for a particular cause or point of view. That's not appropriate on Wikipedia. See WP:NPOV and WP:SOAP. NawlinWiki (talk) 11:01, 28 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
