Issues to be mediated[edit]

Primary issues (added by the filing party)
  1. Admin repeatedly and demonstrably abuses power or threatens the abuse of power
  2. Admin repeatedly and demonstrably lies throughout engagement to serve their abuse of power
  3. Admin repeatedly and demonstrably ignores clearly stated rules, opting instead to threaten and belittle at every opportunity
  4. Request Admin be de-admined for abuse of power to blacklist, repeated deliberate lying, and ignoring or being ignorant of multiple Wikipedia rules e.g. applying source rules to an outside link, and in every way being the direct opposite of an admin per Administrator conduct and [1] guidelines listed.
  5. Please note per his rebuttal below he cannot help but lie, as the link clearly fits wp:el and is not used (nor was it EVER, even though he has claimed so from day one and is still doing so) as a wp:rs. Please note that his abuse of his admin privileges from the start and threats to blacklist if someone else adds the link, in direct violation of clearly written Wikipedia rules on wp:el. I do think he's the cancer that is killing wikipedia, and I stand by that.
  6. Please note that his adding the website to the blacklist is in direct violation of [2], as he's not supposed to use his tools in a dispute that he's a part of. At least, that's what the rules say. Do you follow rules here? Although my site will remain on the blacklist as I can't appeal that, it's without doubt that he's abused his privileges throughout and is not up to the task of being an admin
  7. I would like to add that my intention from the onset years ago was that people be able to look at the monsters on the Giant Monster Movie List using my website. "Oh, here's a movie called Cosmic Monsters! What do those look like?" or "I wonder what all of the Godzilla's look like?" That's it. And now that [3] has been gutted and I give up on that, fine, I'm tired of arguing about what "giant" means, I'm done. I only came back because I was getting hits from Wikipedia and someone gave me a barnstar, I just couldn't have the possible blacklist hanging over me it is stressful to me. So now it's on the blacklist and I can't do a thing about that, but this person has not been a proper admin from the get go, so here's me attempting to get some "justice" if nothing else for the miserable treatment and blatant lying and rule breaking I've endured in my attempt to increase encyclopedic knowledge on the subject of giant monsters and sharing that with Wikipedia. Additional issues (added by other parties)
Statement from User:Ohnoitsjamie
  1. 2014 - User:Doctor Kaiju is blocked by Kralizec! for spamming links to his own site.
  2. I declined the first unblock request, and noting Doctor Kaiju's persistence, and state that further additions of the link will result in a blacklisting of it.
  3. June 2016 - An anon IP that's never edited before makes three edits, including a link to Doctor Kaiju's site.
  4. July 2016 - Doctor Kaiju suggests that I add his site to the blacklist per my earlier pledge so that he can move forward with appealing it.
  5. Doctor Kaiju is dismayed to discover that appeals on the blacklist page from site owners are not considered, and calls me a "cancer."
  6. I remove the message from my talk page; Doctor Kaiju repeatedly re-adds it and demands that I discuss it with him. I inform him that there is nothing controversial about adding a personal page to the blacklist that does not meet WP:RS requirements. I will note here for completeness that it does not meet WP:EL criteria either. I ask Doctor Kaiju to stop posting on my talk page lest he be blocked for harassment, and suggest that he is free to appeal on whatever venue he sees fit. Parties' agreement to mediation[edit]

  1. Agree. Doctor Kaiju (talk) 00:34, 22 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  2. Do not agree to discuss; see statement above. OhNoitsJamie Talk 01:17, 22 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Decision of the Mediation Committee[edit]

  • Reject. Fails to satisfy prerequisites to mediation #3, "The dispute is not exclusively about the behaviour of a Wikipedia editor" and #5 "A majority of the parties to the dispute consent to mediation".
