  • Wikipedia:Criteria for speedy deletion
    • Changed the lead section substantially
    • Added to WP:CSD#G3: "and blatant hoaxes"
    • Added to WP:CSD#G4: link to the proposal called WP:RECREATE
    • In WP:CSD#A9, changed "has never existed or has been deleted" to "does not exist"
    • Added to WP:CSD#F3: "Files licensed under versions of the GFDL prior to 1.3, without allowing for later versions, may be deleted."
    • Removed from WP:CSD#F8: "The image is under a valid free license or public domain. Non-free images should not be deleted under this criterion, because they are not allowed on Commons. Instead, the copy on Commons should be deleted."


  • Wikipedia:Deletion policy
    • Changed 5 days to 7 days throughout; the standard duration for deletion discussions of all kinds is now 7 days
