March 10[edit]

TalentEarth[edit]

Hey!

Just need help finishing up this article, I'm not quite sure what I'm missing. If you could help that would be much appreciated!

Here is the page: Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/TalentEarth

What's needed is references to significant coverage of the organisation in multiple independent reliable sources. A Crunchbase profile is not useful for this because it is created by the organisation itself. Likewise with a YouTube video provided by the organisation itself. The NextGenJournal reference appears to be entirely based on press releases from TalentEarth itself.
If you're related to anyone involved in the organisation, then you should also read Wikipedia:Conflict of interest. Arthur goes shopping (talk) 11:26, 10 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Articles for creation/Tarzan (2016 film)[edit]

Hello, my article Wikipedia_talk:Articles for creation/Tarzan (2016 film) was reviewed but didn't get approved, it is a notable film article, it has enough references to prove that. Actually at the time it was deleted, it had only 7-8 references which were not enough to prove its notability, but now it is. And on the other hand, a film can have an article even the filming is not begun only if it contains enough sources to make it notable and this article have I think. So please review it again and help in creating it. --Captain Assassin! «TCG» 11:10, 10 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

It's not simply a matter of "enough references" - please see WP:NFF and then resubmit this draft only when filming has actually started. Roger (Dodger67) (talk) 20:08, 10 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Ok thanks, I'll resubmit it. --Captain Assassin! «TCG» 02:08, 11 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,

I just want to make sure this page is on the list for review. The top of the page says it hasn't been submitted for review, but at the bottom (in a yellow box), it says it is (~1200 articles for review in front of it). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

The yellow box is correct and the box at the top of the page is wrong.
As an additional note, there are not ~1200 articles in front of it; that number is just the total number of submissions waiting to be reviewed. Arthur goes shopping (talk) 14:23, 10 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Fixed: I've moved the reviewing notice to the top. Anon126 (talk - contribs) 21:28, 10 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Review of Wikipedia_talk:Articles for creation/Nemrud (band)[edit]

Hi Article submission was declined as it is not written in formal tone. I edited and updated the article.

Can you pls assist me about new version?

here is the link. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia_talk:Articles_for_creation/Nemrud_(band)

regards, Octane79 (talk) 16:27, 10 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. I'm not sure why my new submission is not being entered for review. Also, I'm receiving a message that reads "Warning: The page Robert Quigg already exists. Please verify that it is not a copy of this submission and that this page does not need to be moved to a different title." There is another article about a different Robert Quigg. How do I verify this?

Thanks. LaurenVL (talk) 20:17, 10 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

You may submit it just the same. Once it is accepted, it will be moved to a different title, such as Robert Quigg (property developer) or something like that. Anon126 (talk - contribs) 21:25, 10 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

im sorry but the process of submitting anything to wikipedia doesnt improve knowledge but excludes it. not all of us have university degrees and we cannot discipline ourselves in the formal way required here. how is it then that the editors keep rejecting any contribution i make to this site? i think ive spent at least 12 hours trying to submit articles on wikipedia and so far its been a very very frustrating experienc because the clarity on how to write these articles is not there. who actually thought up this quagmire> — Preceding unsigned comment added by Earthoceans (talkcontribs) 20:27, 10 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The problem is that you didn't write "knowledge" - you wrote advertising, which is not allowed. See WP:ADVERT Roger (Dodger67) (talk) 21:43, 10 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
