Attempting to create article[edit]

I am attempting to create an article.

I originally tried in March of this year but was rejected because "the submission was blank" even though it wasn't.

Was unable to figure out what to do next.

I recreated the article but seem to be unable to submit it because of previous article.

@S. E. Stokowski: There was a bug that was recently fixed that under certain circumstances could lead to a blank article being submitted. If you're referring to Draft:R. C. Hörsch, you should be able to click the "Submit your draft when you are ready for it to be reviewed!" button and then click on "Save page" as instructed. You may still see the grey box with "Draft article not currently submitted for review." at the top, but as long as you see the yellow box at the bottom of the article your article has been successfully submitted for review. --Ahecht (TALK

PLEASE Help. Whatever is going on makes absolutely no sense to me.

PLEASE. I have no idea what the gibberish above means or what I am supposed to do with this form.

I have created a draft but have no idea what the "pagename" is. The article is entitled "R. C. Horsch"

This is the second time I have attempted to create this article. The first was in March of this year and it was rejected because the "submission is blank" even though it clearly wasn't and the text was, in fact quoted in the decline notice.

I recently re-created the article but cannot submit it or get help. The chat function says that my "nickname" (whatever that is" is invalid and that there are "conflicts" which are not explained.

Also, there seem to be no guidelines concerning formatting references.

How in the world do I "sign" this page?

Please help. Please reply to my email address [] as I have no idea how to return to this page and/or receive any reply via this site.

@S. E. Stokowski: Please read our "references for beginners" guide. Also, be advised that our notability requirement for artists and filmmakers is specific and you have to make the case that Horsch meets that criteria. Chris Troutman (talk) 01:52, 21 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
When you are ready to sibmit your draft, copy and paste {{Subst:Submit}} to the head. We do not tend to reply by email. You will need to learn how to use the site if you wish to place articles on it.Fiddle Faddle 10:43, 21 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

A lengthy explanation of the type of sources needed is at Wikipedia:Reliable sources. However in this case, I would suggest that the best type of sources to prove notability of the news organisation would be major newspapers or magazines that have written about the news organisation in detail. So for example if lengthy coverage (either negative or positive or neutral) has appeared in publications such as the Times of India, or The Hindu.
You should also remove all promotional or opinionated language like "acclaimed career" or "heart resides". Try to focus only on summarising what independent reliable sources say about the organisation, not its strengths and benefits or what it says about itself.
