I am not sure what to do anymore to get approval of this article. I am told the article is not neutral, but that I also have too many citations that I used to make it more neutral. That seems like conflicting commentary. Moreover, the first two submissions had a similarly large amount of citations, but the issue only was raised after the third submission. I am told I am retaining copyrights to the pictures, which is not true and I am not sure where this comment comes from. I asked the filmmakers to use pictures from their IMDb page and asked them to release all rights to the pictures to get them on Wiki, which they did (they post the pictures in articles and Facebook anyway). Moreover, this comment only came up after the third submission. Why not after the first submission? After the second submission, I received specific feedback. I thought I addressed this feedback, but now I get another general comments, with the exception of the comments about too many citations and the copyright issue that I cited to above. I really do not know what to do and feel it is time to give up. As a volunteer, this process has been disheartening. Can I get specific feedback as what sections need to be addressed and specifically where?

- Hi, first of all, I'd like to thank you for your efforts and for your contributions to Wikipedia! Having a draft declined may seem disheartening, but put your energy into improving the article. This film is notable and should be included on Wikipedia, but I am going to echo (and try to further explain) the comments of the previous reviewers for you. The pictures that you have used on your Wikipedia draft all say that you've claimed copyright to them (your own work).
- All articles on Wikipedia must be neutral. In the introduction, you discuss the film production companies, which I would consider irrelevant for the lead because the subject is the main focus of the article, keep the information for the appropriate section on the article. I would also suggest that the section 'Salam Neighbor Documentary' be merged with the lead section to create one big lead section. Here are some examples of where your neutrality is disputed: 'the filmmakers go beyond the news headlines', 'Queen Rania of Jordan loved the film' (I know you have a quote, but you need to include 'loved' in the quote or else remove it and find something else), 'on a subject too often distilled..' (again, this isn't in quotes). Another reviewer suggested that you summarise 'comments about the documentary' so please do this where possible and maybe rename the section 'critical reception'. This new section should also include 'stories, articles and interviews'. You shouldn't include any information which is irrelevant or doesn't contribute anything to the article (re-read your article and see if anything like this applies to it!), for example 'the film has been covered by..'. You need to re-read your article and remove anything at all that would seem promotional, because I do agree with the reviewer. A statement like 'the film is available for theatrical and community screenings' goes against the neutrality of the article.
- Also, it would look better if all images on the article were aligned to the right of the page, as is custom on Wikipedia, and the amount of images on the article should be limited because I think there's too many on there for the size of the article. Keep the captions short.
- I think the article has great potential and you have plenty of material to work with. You should be very proud of your work so far, it's very impressive! With regards to overkill, try to reduce the number of references by only citing important facts, quotes, statistics or trivia. I hope this helps!
