Request on 01:58:56, 7 November 2018 for assistance on AfC submission by Lisasasa1998

[edit]

My submission was not accepted bue to copyright issues. But the copyright in the article from http://www.inderscience.com/jhome.php?jcode=ijhm. is in my own hands. How to create copyrighted articles or how to attribute the content of a draft to outside sources, using citations.

I m trying to create an article of on of the person whom i know. he is an established stage actor, ad /film maker and consultant . the article was rejected earlier saying it was more like a promotion page rather than an article of neutral view. I have made substantial research and redone the article. want inputs and help to get this a page to article from draft. any help is deeply appreciated. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Ram_Manjjonaath

A few quick comments (I haven't run through the entire page.) First, IMDB is generally not considered a reliable source, just about anyone can register and create/alter articles. Secondly, ideally references should be "Inline" which means referencing sentences with references on that line or sentence, see WP:REFB for more information. Take a look at similar articles already published, perhaps those at Category:Male_actors_in_Kannada_cinema as a guide. Let me know if you have more questions.Naraht (talk) 15:15, 7 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

You need to provide reliable and independent sources to support biography - you haven't use any references to prove the information. 81.153.208.126 (talk) 10:57, 9 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

18:23:42, 7 November 2018 review of draft by Ennex2

[edit]

The initial comment about this at WT: Software by AngusWOOF suggested comparing it with List of Unix commands. The columns in the table of that list correspond closely to columns in the proposed new table, and the proposed table has additional information. Could someone explain why the list of Unix commands is suiable and the list of Excel functions is not?

Thank you.

Okay. I thought those links would be convenient for the reader, but I understand they violate policy. I've removed them and resubmitted.
