1965 Highway 101 sniper attack[edit]

I feel this 1965 Highway 101 sniper attack should be renamed to "Michael Andrew Clark". What's happened with him since? If I was an American, I wouldn't be looking for the current article name, I'd be looking for the persons' name. Somewhere in the article it could be mentioned where he did his shooting of the victims. I haven't had much luck with Peer Reviews, so please go easy. I am an American and I've never heard of this event before; the title is pretty descriptive as it is. If a rename does come about, I would suggest a significant change of focus beforehand. The article reads as a review of the event of the sniper attack and not as a general biography of Michael Clark as you point out. To increase notability, I would track down the very first version of the article's reference to a Life magazine article about the event. A new citation with a link to Google's digitized Life archive, if that reference is correct, would help.
