[edit]

The Delaware, Susquehanna and Schuylkill is a corporation of the State of Pennsylvania, having its principal office at Philadelphia, Pa. It is controlled by the Lehigh Valley through ownership of the entire outstanding capital stock. The property of the Delaware, Susquehanna and Schuylkill was operated by its own organization during the period from April 14, 1892, to October 31, 1905. Since November 1, 1905, it has been operated by the Lehigh Valley.
