Mid Smaller settlements and areas, including schools, military bases and dockyards as well as articles on less important aspects of history. Wake Island, Johnston Atoll, Palmyra Atoll
Low Everything else, generally only important to a smaller number of people, including things that pertain to the territories but are of minimal relevance or importance. Telecommunications in the United States Virgin Islands, Anguilla, Fish Bay
