Comments by Teancum I'm not very comfortable writing about companies either, but I'd say this is a valiant first effort.

Things I noticed:

The last paragraph in the history section is immediately daunting to the reader. Can it be broken in two?
"At the start of 1999" sounds... strange. How about "In early 1999"
Could the lead possibly be broken into two paragraphs?
There are a few dead links
