Any article in any of the lists by county in Grade II* listed buildings in Wales which you find is missing and you'll get a ten point bonus. A lot of the lists need to have buildings redlinked as some of them are currently blanked out, which is unproductive!

Missing stations[edit]

The following list is derived from articles on Welsh railway lines (the past and present) that include a route diagram template (a schematic of the line showing stations and other features with links). The initial search was for standard gauge only be any missing Welsh railway station can be added.

In general, the missing station names are as given on the related page or route diagram template. Stations marked with a dagger (†) have been given a slightly different name to disambiguate from existing stations. If you add one of these stations, please update the route diagram template to link to the new station article.

Stations marked with an asterisk (*) are in England, but as they are on railways that have a significant number of other stations in Wales they are eligible for the competition.

Some station names given have different forms (for example, Brecon (Free Street) or Brecon Free Street), or which may seem a little odd (Llangollen (1st) (1861-1865)). If you are unsure what the correct name should be WP:COMMONNAME is the first choice. This not always obvious with closed stations that may have been given a number of names while open (see WP:UKSTATION or post a query at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject UK Railways) before choosing or changing an entry (and also its associated route diagram template).

The link given after the station name is to the route diagram template when it is in a separate file or to the railway line article.

A number of route diagram templates have a lot (5 or more) of missing stations. These templates are listed here with the number of missing stations:
