misreading[edit]

Identity Politics [As of December 23rd 2006]	"Global capitalism appears to be widening the gap between the North and South, and working to further marginalize women, ethnic or indigenous minorities, and the disabled in the so-called Third and Fourth Worlds."	Statistics suggest otherwise. Global capitalism has been correlated with economic growth, a decrease in famine, an increase in life expectancy, and increased democritization. [1] [2] the standford article says in the so-called Third and Fourth Worlds.. so any arguement about capitalism in general isn't really relevant.--naught101 10:57, 22 May 2007 (UTC)[reply] Assessing quality[edit]

"An exercise in quality assessment might suggest itself: compare the what is found on various topics at the SEP to what is found here...." I have a feeling the what is found there is more grammatical, at least, than the what is found here.
