Select an article or articles that demonstrate gender, racial, heterosexual or Western bias to work on. You may choose an article from Wikipedia: WikiProject Countering systemic bias/open tasks or, you may choose an article on your own.
Get approval from Prof Dalton Hird for your Wiki editing project (NOTE: this is important!!!)
Compile a bibliography of relevant research and post it to the talk page of the article(s) you are working on. Begin reading the sources.
