  • I imagine that Tim himself assembled it; this sort of composition occurs in all his articles. I don't think this needs to be indicated (it never has before) but I'll mention the matter to him. Brianboulton (talk) 17:41, 26 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • The recording comes from "Community Audio" (whoever they are) and it may be covered by a general licence to reproduce such items. I don't know yet, and I will have to investigate further. Brianboulton (talk) 17:41, 26 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • I have made enquiries. The soundfile was in the article before the recent expansion; its PD status does not seem to have been fully investigated. I'm not convinced that it is PD, nor that it is highly important to the article, and have withdrawn it. I have added an image of the old New York Met, in the appropriate place. • Repeated links (Berlioz, Rimsky-Korsakov, The New York Times, George Gershwin, Covent Garden, Richard Strauss, Neville Marriner, Toscanini, many, many, many more in #Music making)
  • Fixed all or most of these, on the basis I use in all the articles I work on, which is to link in the lead and at first mention in the article's main body. Additional links are often made in the citations. Brianboulton (talk) 17:41, 26 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • Not helpful, I think; the band described in the linked article seems of a fairly specific kind, unlikely to have much relevance with Monteux's First World War combo. Brianboulton (talk) 17:41, 26 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • Other than that I expressed my opinion at the PR. I've looked over the changes, they look beneficial. — Crisco 1492 (talk) 11:19, 25 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • Okay, just one more about the recording. — Crisco 1492 (talk) 22:42, 26 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
