Post-closing comments removed, discussion can be continued at article talk page. The nominator abandoned the FAC, the FAC never garnered sufficient Support, and issues continued to surface after another editor offered to take over the nomination; hopefully one of those editors will shephard the article through FAC once issues are resolved.
