Wikipedia talk:Featured picture candidates/Binh Quoi

I took the photo, and it just seemed to be a very traditional scene. As for particular significance - I only think it has a lot of local tradition, but not entirely authentic - like civil war reenactors. It isn't like all of Bin Quoy is like this.
