Please add more information about venues to request help. Specifically, change:

There are more support venues than just the Teahouse.

Switch default IRC web client

Since kiwiirc has had several recent outages, I have updated toolforge:ircredirect to use web.libera.chat instead when connecting to a channel on irc.libera.chat. This should be uncontroversial, as the backup link below the big blue button has pointed to web.libera.chat for some time now, but let me know if there are any objections. --Ahecht (TALK
