Wikipedia talk:Indefinite blocks

Good idea to codify the conditions for an indefinte block. No other factors need to be added to the polciy in my opinion, and I think it would make Amins jobs a little easier in that they can all be singin from the same hym-sheet with regard to this part of their remit.
