Archiving[edit]

Considering that there are discussions from almost a year ago on this noticeboard, it may be worth setting up an archive, perhaps with something like {{Archive basics}} LorTalk 00:34, 25 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

 Done with a little luck. All the best: Rich Farmbrough, 05:12, 7 September 2015 (UTC).[reply]
@Rich Farmbrough: Why did you set the "archive" parameter to "Wikipedia:New pages patrol/Noticeboard %(counter)d"? Shouldn't it be "Wikipedia:New pages patrol/Noticeboard/Archive %(counter)d"? Vanjagenije (talk) 07:44, 7 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Just ran out of luck. All the best: Rich Farmbrough, 09:00, 7 September 2015 (UTC).[reply]
Today's silly question: Where exactly is the archive?! O Fortuna!...Imperatrix mundi. 15:15, 1 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Fortuna Imperatrix Mundi: Wikipedia:New pages patrol/Noticeboard/Archive 1 – it is linked at the top of the page. – Joe (talk) 15:18, 1 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Joe, it's completely bizarre. Threre's 'nothing' about archiving in the header. Is it possible I'm seeing some old version of the page? When I look at the source, it says {{talkheader|noarchive=yes|WT:NPP/N|WT:NPPN}} O Fortuna!...Imperatrix mundi. 15:30, 1 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Well it's on the main page, rather than this talk page, because that's where all the discussion happens. – Joe (talk) 15:32, 1 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Brilliant :) of course. Cheers! I assumed that you were both discussing this page, and that somewhere there was an archive covering the whole year. O Fortuna!...Imperatrix mundi. 15:41, 1 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
