Suggestion
I suggest that you make numbering of entries obligatory (or highly recommended), such as I did in my nomination "1) Józef Olszyna-Wilczyński (RA), 2) Renaissance in Poland (RA), 3) Battle of Gdynia (RA)...". For larger nominations (15+ entries) it should make them much more readable and less confusing.--Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| talk 21:57, 11 March 2009 (UTC)
- Yeah, that is actually probably a very good idea going forward. Cirt (talk) 22:05, 11 March 2009 (UTC)
Question
Hey, by my understanding I've done enough work to earn the "Imperial triple crown jewel". I have 2 FA's, 19 GA's and 3DYK. However I never nominated myself for the standard crown when I passed that threshold. Is it OK to skip that and go straight for the "Imperial triple crown jewel"? — R2 16:47, 13 April 2009 (UTC)
- Yes. Cirt (talk) 16:47, 13 April 2009 (UTC)
- Thanks :) — R2 16:51, 13 April 2009 (UTC)
- No worries. Cirt (talk) 16:52, 13 April 2009 (UTC)

Still active?
Is this award still active? My nomination's been sitting in the queue for over three months. Just wondering ... Wasted Time R (talk) 02:06, 21 June 2009 (UTC)
- I was wondering the same thing... or if this page should be moved to the Wikispace or explicitly made into one wherein other people can approve the award ala the 25/50/100DYK medals.---Balloonman NO! I'm Spartacus! 14:47, 21 June 2009 (UTC)
- I was going to through mine out there as well but I think I will wait until yours gets approved first. I don't even know which one I would get but I currently have 12 Featured, 11 good, 2 DYK's, and several more pending. I created over 150 articles but never got into the DYK's until recently. --Kumioko (talk) 20:01, 25 August 2009 (UTC)
Nominations
We keep getting nominations where editors are putting in every single article they have, even if it not required. For example, a nomination for an Imperial triple crown only requires 2 to 4 sets of DYK, GAs, and FCs. However, we get a nomination with 30 DYKs, 10 GAs and 3 FCs. Unless there are any objections, from now, we will only enter in the required set (in this case, 3), for the purpose of examination and also the actual entry on the awards page. Entering all of these does not make the award level any higher, and takes up a lot more time, not only for the nominator, but also for the examiner, who has to examine every single entry, though it is not needed. In addition, this is taking a lot of space on the awards page. If you feel that this should not be done this way, then please say why. Otherwise, we will just count what is needed, and ignore the rest from now on. – SMasters (talk) 10:43, 5 June 2011 (UTC)
