live links

I haven't worked with live-links before but in the epidemiology section the decimal in 1.87 million cases is being read a period. E.g. "...more than one <pause> eight-seven million cases..." Is there a way to have an alt link attached to this that's used for voice readers? Ian Furst (talk) 16:51, 13 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
