Anything on which you have done significant work on during 2015 is eligible for WikiCup points- go for it! J Milburn (talk) 18:24, 3 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
@J Milburn:: I have some concerns regarding the word anything here. Actually, i had worked on some articles in past few weeks (including Tourist Attractions in Udaipur, Maharana Mewar Public School, Manish Godha and few more). I doubt if these fit anywhere in the defined categories for fetching me few points). Vishal0soni (talk) 08:59, 4 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Apologies if I am being unclear- anything on which you have done significant work in 2015 which is promoted to GA or FA, or appears on DYK (or whatever) is eligible for points. Just add it to your submission page. J Milburn (talk) 10:13, 4 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
@J Milburn: So since I just joined 3 days ago, I can't participate?Skate Shady - talk to me 13:06, 4 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
@Skate Shady: It doesn't matter when you joined- anything you did significant work on during 2015 (whether that is before or after you signed up to the competition) is eligible for points if it appears on the main page as a did you know, is promoted to GA, etc. If you do not have a submission page yet, just hold on- the judges will create one for you when you are added to the main WikiCup page. Does that answer your question, or have I misunderstood? J Milburn (talk) 14:27, 4 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
@J Milburn: It does answer my question. If I created an article, do I get any points for just that?Skate Shady - talk to me 14:30, 4 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
No, just for the content types listed. You can see the full rules at Wikipedia:WikiCup/Scoring. J Milburn (talk) 18:18, 5 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
