Reason given (Non notable list as most are red links) is not listed at WP:CSD. And I don't think it's a valid reason. A number of times I made a list which was almost fully red and observed how people fill it (for example, list of mountains in Serbia and Montenegro), and most likely people wouldn't make these articles at all had the lists which gave them the idea to do it not existed. Additionally, this list might inspire people to make similar lists regarding other countries.

And by the way, it seems that the request for speedy deletion is made in bad faith, as an attack against me by User:Tar-Elenion (compare Special:Contributions/58.165.90.202 with Special:Contributions/Tar-Elenion).
