Roadmap

Okay..Now that Taskforce Jupiter is live, how are we going to rejuvenate all of the WikiProjects under WP:SS, and how are we going to consider new recruitment?--Novus Orator 09:11, 18 December 2010 (UTC)

Well, when I started this collaboration I just picked some people judging by their recent edits. My method was to go to the recent changes list and from there look for people who make edits on some area related to the subject that the collaboration was aiming to, the next filter would be picking only stablished editors (with an account and considerable edits) and finally (optional) looking if such user have made other edits in the same area. The next step I took was to create a personalized invitation and over several invited people, I managed to get a number of collaborators that I cannot complain about. (I could volunteer to do this too). That is all. - Damërung . -- 01:29, 19 December 2010 (UTC)
That is an excellent suggestion. Okay, so far we have to major things to focus on doing:
  • Watching Recent Changes
  • Sending Personalized Invitations
What else?--Novus Orator 05:23, 19 December 2010 (UTC)

Actually, Wikipedia:WikiProject_Solar_System/Taskforces/Saturn would be more promising as everything related to Jupiter is stale now. Ruslik_Zero 12:18, 19 December 2010 (UTC)

I agree, Taskforce Jupiter needs some more guys on the job, and I am absolutely willing to consider getting a Taskforce for Saturn going soon.--Novus Orator 01:31, 20 December 2010 (UTC)
My suggestion is to go in order, first this, then Saturn, then maybe something else. One step at a time or we'll be biting more than we could chew...  :-) - Damërung . -- 03:43, 21 December 2010 (UTC)
That is good. We will plan on tripling the active membership of this taskforce and then begin planning Taskforce Saturn.--Novus Orator 04:25, 21 December 2010 (UTC)
I have begun basic recruitment and advertising by following Damërung's suggestion of watching Recent Changes. I encourage the other members of this Taskforce to do the same so we can reach our growth goals within the near future.--Novus Orator 08:34, 21 December 2010 (UTC)

Great Red Spot

The members of this taskforce are currently collaborating on The Great Red Spot. Please help improve this article.--Novus Orator 02:55, 24 December 2010 (UTC)
