Low-energy vehicle[edit]

Can someone look at Low-energy vehicle? It seems to be WP:ORIGINALRESEARCH or a WP:COATRACK article. None of the currently working references uses the term "low(-)energy vehicle" or the term "low(-)energy", and the article seems to be about high efficiency.
