Unassessed in list[edit]

Many articles are listed as unassessed in this list although they have in fact a quality rating. Messiah (Handel) is "unassessed" although it should be FA. Is there something wrong with the algorithm? - Ipigott (talk) 06:26, 21 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I suspect the assessment is derived from the project banners on the articles' talk page. The WikiProject Classical music doesn't assess articles, so articles which are not part of any other project are listed as unassessed. -- Michael Bednarek (talk) 11:42, 21 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks very much for your explanation which seems to be correct. It is all rather misleading though. Maybe a word of explanation could be added in the introduction. However, as the article was created by a bot and I seem to be one of the very few people interested in the stats, maybe it's not worthwhile. - Ipigott (talk) 06:31, 22 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I enquired a while ago by the bot (the person behind it of course :), and it seems that the bot extracts the assessment data at the beginning of the month, thus if the article has only been assessed during August, than it will only appear in the September update (published 1 October). It is also the case that the bot extracts this information from each WikiProject's assessment parameter. Although WikiProject Classical music doesn't officially have an assessment system, I see that nevertheless by many articles a class parameter has been added to the Classical music banner. I've been recently setting up an assessment system for WikiProject Protected areas, so if you would like to do the same for this WikiProject I am happy to help. --Elekhh (talk) 06:49, 22 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

January 2024[edit]

This page seems like its not updating properly.

I looked at User:Community Tech bot/Popular pages and Community_Tech/Popular_pages_bot#Troubleshooting and did not find anything strange...

Also, the last update (most views from july 2023) does not seem to make any sense in terms of views Gor1995 𝄞 15:31, 3 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

According to meta:Community Tech/Popular pages bot#Report a bug or problem, problems should be reported at meta:User talk:Community Tech bot. -- Michael Bednarek (talk) 23:27, 3 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
