Hello everyone,

I hope this is a place for this type of discussion.

I have something that this community may find interesting, if not, then that is fine too. I teach computer programming and programming linguistics, but also love science fiction. I have recently written a series of 3 books that include an alien language that is both auditory, visual, and olfactory in nature. Because I am such a geek, I also wrote (int the guise of one of my fictional characters PhD dissertaion) a small (30 page) guide to that language titled "The Grammar and Syntax of the Da-Nah Language"

I would love to have some feedback/recommendations/criticism for that language. I have given it away free on Amazon from time to time and will make it permanently so if this group is interested in it. I also wrote a companion book of about the same length titled "Poetry of the Early Da-Nah Space Faring Age" that was intended to give some reference to the imagined use of the language and to provide some addition insight to readers of the trilogy.

Obviously it is constructed/invented, but I have not created vocabulary only english translations in the alien grammar and syntax. I should also say that I am not really a profession author but I think I am a pretty good story teller so I am not looking for assistance in that area, I am only interested in the grammar and syntax of a created language.

If you are amazon prime you can get them free I believe.
