As a template[edit]

I've "template-ised" this infobox. I've modified the background colours to suit the Digimon anime's logo text (pink is horrible!).

But because most of the Digimon articles are small, the second is an alternative.

Looks great! Added various stuff, and made the digivolutions paler on the main page. Don't worry about the size toomuch, as I'll make most rows able to disappear with the Wikipedia:HiddenStructure hack. For the Frontier characters, I'm afraid we'll need a different infobox from both this one and the eventual {{infobox digimon character}}, tough. Circeus 16:50, 17 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
The only reason I think the Digivolutions need to be the same colour is because they are a header, on par with 'Anime information' and the like. That said, this was my first attempt at a template outside of the userspace.  :) x42bn6 Talk 01:15, 18 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
For the most part, the digivolution lines (And armor, and DNA) should be restricted to canon material, I think, so they technically are subsection of anime. For non-characters, evolution would be presented as "from" and "to" in the fashion in the fashion of the pokemon box, without differenciating between the methods. Could further specific discussions about the template bemoved to Template talk:Infobox Digimon? Circeus 16:06, 20 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Problem[edit]

This doesnt work for DNA Digimon. - plau

How so? There is a DNA Digivolution section on the template. x42bn6 Talk 06:47, 18 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Try it with Imperialdramon - plau
I see, Paildramon is a pre-Digivolved form of Imperialdramon... In that case, we are better off making Imperialdramon a different, custom non-template or something. x42bn6 Talk 14:35, 18 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
