I reverted the removal of that image from various pages and left a message at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Law Enforcement with a link toWP:IFD. I don't think that law applies, and if it does, then the image can only be removed from Wikpedia by an administrator anyway. Bobanny 12:20, 11 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Merging Dark figure of crime and Under-reporting[edit]

These topics are very similar and should probably be merged. I'm not sure how to correctly do so though, especially with it being in Dark figure of crime being part of this project. From my judgement the first should be merged into the second since there is already a sub-point 'Crime'. Maybe someone can assist or point to information?
