According to the talk page, the author of the article created it in protest of List of Nordic Countries death metal bands. List of Nordic Countries death metal bands is now List of Swedish death metal bands, and an important distinction to make is that Swedish death metal, is a notable genre. American death metal is not. List of American death metal bands is currently at afd so what exactly is the policy in this case? Isn't it a WP:CONTENTFORK for such an article? Should we make an infinite number of articles to subdivide list of death metal bands (death metal bands)?Curb Chain (talk) 01:22, 7 June 2013 (UTC)

progarchives.com

progarchives.com is not a reliable source and is usually used within articles which fall under this project's oversight. Removing the ~600 instances would greatly improve the project.Curb Chain (talk) 01:22, 10 June 2013 (UTC)

Black Sabbath

There's some disagreement over whether or not the album Black Sabbath should be classified as blues rock. Opinions on the subject are appreciated, and the discussion is happening here. ChakaKongtalk 23:16, 25 June 2013 (UTC)
