Pardon me if this is not standard procedure. I am one of the stub sorters currently working on Musician stubs in the letters D, E, and F. While I don't have issues with who should be "responsible" for sorting the musician stubs, I am concerned about this proposal. First, many musician stubs include neither the nationality nor the instrument of the musician. Second, this seems to double or triple the amount of sorting that will need to be done. Third, this will require every nation to have the full gambit or both musical genres and instruments. If one guy from Wales plays the mbira, will be get his own stub? -Acjelen 22:08, 19 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I've marked this as historical; it didn't get much response and doesn't seem to be the way forward. The stub sorting project has a good track record and more dedicated resources. The onus should already be on them to work with other WikiProjects. Let's leave it at that for now. --kingboyk 10:48, 6 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
