I am nearly fully done with the article selection. The criteria for removing the articles were :

  • Non -relevance at school level
  • Stub quality articles
  • Non-relevance in Indian context.

Animals, plants, fungi etc.

The list currently has lots of things that are quite irrelevant to India. I think we should choose a selection of things that are most easily found around Indian homes, towns and cities and those that are of curiosity or having charismatic or other value. If some numbers for each of the taxonomic group are decided, we can try to fill them up appropriately. 04:46, 21 December 2011 (UTC)
