Progress bar

Why is the coloured bar in the progress meter stuck at 7%? Even when it was originally added, the capitalisation project was 28% completed. Shouldn't it be updated to 34%, and then kept updated every time we finish off a section? JIP | Talk 20:26, 9 December 2008 (UTC)

Whoa, I've had more edits in this month (December 2008) than I've had on any single month in my entire career as a Wikipedia editor. I am confident this is mostly because of this project, because when I feel I don't have anything better to do, I help this project out.
