Unclear purpose of second column of table[edit]

@Pbsouthwood: It generates a list of eg the 38 items with the description "rare disease", so one can verify what sorts of items have been given this description; so one can go to their article page if one wants to add a {{short description}} to override it; or so one can go to their Wikidata item if one wants to edit it there.
