Drafts[edit]

Ideas[edit]

For the first story (unless you want to keep news at a glance), I think we could go more into depth about automatic taxoboxes. Also, I like the newly recognized/nominated content area better without having to scroll. starsandwhales (talk) 19:58, 10 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Starsandwhales, per your first point, that's fine by me if we can come up with more to say. As for the second point, I've been doing it on kind of an "as needed" basis when I think the section gets lengthy. I'm trying to keep the newsletter relatively compact on editors' UT pages. Issues 7 and 4 don't use the scrolling box but there are only 7 and 8 rows of the list, respectively.
I think it would be good to have more feedback from other editors--do they prefer a compact newsletter or do they prefer not scrolling? Enwebb (talk) 20:30, 10
Yeah, makes sense. If I get time soon-ish I can start a draft to write more. Where would we get feedback on that? Here? Discord? starsandwhales (talk) 02:38, 11 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Starsandwhales, maybe Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Tree of Life/Newsletter? I'm not sure how many people watch the page, so if that doesn't work we could cross-post to Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Tree of Life. Enwebb (talk) 22:55, 4 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
