Greetings[edit]

Greetings to Seminar in Public Affairs (Byron E. Price). I have accepted responsibility to function as an online coordinator for this class. In this capacity, I will avail myself to the entire group for assistance in a general regard. While it is recommended that each student participant choose a mentor to more closely work issues one on one, there are times when a discussion or comment is sufficiently broad as to concern the group as a whole. The group discussion will be centralized to this talkpage, and I anticipate with esteem the questions and comments I hope to soon participate in.--My76Strat

  • Great! Thank you for your assistance. The students are looking forward to it! --Kinu t/c 23:52, 22 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Hi folks! I don't know if you've heard, but your co-ordinator User:My76Strat has semi-retired from the project. Whilst he will still be available to help out - he may be a lot less active, so I've volunteered to act as a co-co-ordinator (sounds like some sort of monkey). If you have any questions, feel free to ask them and I'll do my best to help out. Most importantly, I wanted to say "hi" and "Good to meet you". WormTT · (talk) 09:18, 22 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Curiosity[edit]

Is there a reason, so few have actually registered their account? And is it possible to get them registered, so I can tag them for this project, and then each student should choose a mentor? I am simply curious because I have observed only a trickle of activity thus far. And yes, Worm will be leading our efforts. Worm will likely be more available than me right now. But I will be involved, and assisting at some level. Like today I revisited to see if more had registered. And we're still available to answer questions as the arise. Eager in fact. Best regards. Privatization of Healthcare? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Kellysa222 (talkcontribs) 19:53, 17 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Privatization of Healthcare is not currently an article by this title. It may be the content is covered within Private healthcare, an existing article. If your content is suited for inclusion it is better to edit it into the existing article. If your subject is sufficiently notable, it can be a stand alone article. These are decisions better made between you, your professor, and your mentor. My76Strat (talk) 21:59, 17 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Special request[edit]

Could each student in this course who has a Wikipedia account please replace their name under the "Students" section with the username, as I have done in this example. This is in accordance with the single line instruction which states "(or rather their Wikipedia usernames)", and it is important so we ambassadors can avail assistance as you participate. Also any question, is a valid question if it is asked on this talk page. So freely avail yourself to this resource as well. I am eager to see the great stuff this group is going to achieve.
