DYK nomination for May 2nd: Mayor Harue Kitamura, Japan[edit]

Harue Kitamura Japan was the first woman city mayor in Japan, and she is enlisted for second DYK nom on May 2nd. How can I ask you to support by reviewing the article? I am not eligible as expanding the article. Wow, my favorite modest size city with population of 90,000+ between Osaka-Kobe area, not too far from Kyoto. Kitamura was on Board of Education when schools needed reform, and as a lawyer, run for the Mayorship which she sustained for three terms. Thank you @Mcampany: for translating from ja.

  • FYI, Mrs.Kitamura served to Ashiya, Hyōgo, where Ms.Mai Ito (politician) [ja], the second woman Mayor in that city will run her office in June 2019, winning the general election 2019 against another woman candidate, with historic slim margin of 18,555 vs 17,962 out of 78,253 voters casting 48.69%...
