Greater Eston[edit]

The Greater Eston page that has now been reverted back to its previous edition was both correct and up-to-date and is written by the copyright holder, the same author of the local authority webpage that it is taken from. Why then is it still reverted back to original and outdated format? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Richo122 (talkcontribs) 18:43, 20 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

See Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Greater Eston for discussion about reversion rather than delete page. Keith D (talk) 17:02, 20 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Rater tool[edit]

I've recently discovered the Rater tool that you can run directly in the wiki interface. Instructions here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Evad37/rater

It applies "automated ORES article assessment to a prediction based on structural characteristic of the page (eg sectioning and references) that correlate with quality"

I've spent some time running it against Start class articles and promoted a fair few to C, or occasionally B Class (I was fairly conservative and only went to C with >60% probability, and B Class >85% probability) Nick Sheppard (talk) 15:53, 29 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
