Meatpuppetry / tandem editing

A number of students in this class appear to have engaged in meatpuppetry on the article Women in music. While Wikipedia assumes good faith, especially for new users, recruiting editors to influence decisions on Wikipedia is prohibited. A new user who engages in the same behavior as another user in the same context, and who appears to be editing Wikipedia solely for that purpose, may be subject to the remedies applied to the user whose behavior they are joining.

Such behavior either falls under the guidelines of WP:MEAT or WP:CANVASS and is considered disruptive to the project. Please keep this in mind as you contribute to Wikipedia. Toddst1 (talk) 13:36, 7 October 2016 (UTC)
