Research Topic: Gene Therapy

1) Sperm-mediated gene transfer [1] -if you would release a lot of sperm holding the gene needed, and if there's a 100% guarantee rate that all the genes would make it from the delivery of the sperm. -Is there another carrying agent somewhat similar to the sperm that can transfer genes into the host?

2) Gene Delivery [2]

-Where do we usually get our genes in that are okay to transfer into humans? // there's horizontal and lateral gene transferring -How long do viral and nonviral genes last without proper refrigeration or preservation before it dies without a host?

3) Gene–environment interaction [3]

-Genes can be taken from plants, animals, fishes... etc [4]

-What gene environmental interactions are most commonly used? --^^ Does the gene that allows fair skin people to absorb less sun exposure to avoid skin cancer last a lifetime once injected into them? -Will these genes take away allergies, such as peanuts... etc
