A recent review of Swedish Wikipedia was also made by Sydsvenska Dagbladet, August 19th 2006. It quoted discussions on Bybrunnen (the Village Pump), and it had interviewed three prominent editors. The article started off in a non-flattering way by comparing Wikipedia to a public toilet run by pedants, but it became nicer by the end.

The article can be accessed, in Swedish, at [1].

Temporary moderatorship[edit]

The Dutch wikipedia has a similar system: after a year, if anyone objects to a moderator, a poll is held, which uses the same 75% limit as the original vote. The first re-confirmations were held at the start of 2005. – gpvos (talk) 07:50, 30 August 2006 (UTC)
