Clerk note - the original version of this report indicated that a motion preventing the Undertow from applying for additional user rights had been carried. This was incorrect as the motion had, in fact, not carried.

The blame for this error rests *entirely* with me, as I incorrectly listed this motion as passed on the Arbitrator's noticeboard. Kirill then reported in good faith what I had incorrectly listed. Addendum to the "Sockpuppet" story - Jennavecia resigned her adminship on October 9; while not an action by the ArbCom, it was related to the case at hand. --PresN 04:02, 13 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I was going to say the same thing, if Jennavecia had not resigned she would have been desysopped. Her resignation should be mentioned in the article. Mjroots (talk) 08:12, 13 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
