Xihuan Line (Chinese: 西环线) was an urban rail transit line of the Changsha Metro. This line connected Xiangtan North Railway Station in Xiangtan City and Shantang station of Line 3. The first phase of the project had a total length of 17.29 kilometers (10.74 miles) and a total of 8 stations. It opened on June 28, 2023.[1] This line was the first cross-city urban rail transit line in Hunan Province.[2]

On June 27, 2024, Changsha Metro merged Xihuan Line into Line 3.
