At Stake (Indonesian: Pertaruhan, lit. 'Betting') is a 2017 Indonesian action drama film directed by Krishto Damar Alam; written by Upi Avianto; starring Adipati Dolken, Aliando Syarief, Tio Pakusadewo, Jefri Nichol, Giulio Parengkuan, Widika Sidmore, Tarzan and Silvia Anggraini. At Stake was theatrically released in Indonesia on 9 February 2017.
Plot[edit]
Tells about the lives of four brothers, Ibra, Elzan, Amar, and the youngest Ical. They live simply with their father, Mr. Musa, who works as a security guard at a bank. Even though his salary as a security guard was not much, their father was very loyal and highly dedicated to his work. He is a hard worker who works for his family.
This family has lost their mother since Ical was born. The of a wife who usually takes care of the house and children makes the father confused about raising his children. The relationship between him and his three teenage children became very disharmonious and fights often occurred between them.
Until one day Mr. Musa was laid off from his job. At the same time, his lung disease got worse and made him sick. Ibra, as the first child, then gathered his siblings to find a way out of healing his father. But they could not afford the medical expenses of their father who had to be hospitalized. The attitude of the hospital was very cruel regardless.
The brothers then tried to go here and there to collect money for their father's medical expenses. Including visiting the bank where their father had worked for 20 years. But there Ibra instead get rejection and humiliation. Always deadlocked, the brothers finally made a very reckless decision for the sake of their father's treatment. This is not only dangerous but also threatens their safety.

Release[edit]
At Stake was theatrically released in Indonesia on 9 February 2017.[2] The film's trailer premiered on January 7, 2017.[3]
The film was also released at the Shanghai International Film Festival on June 18, 2017, in China, the Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival on 14 July 2017, in South Korea, and the Firenze Film Festival on 23 September 2017, in Italy.[4]
The film was released through the streaming service Netflix in selected countries on 19 November 2020.[5]
