Ilia Isorelýs Paulino is a Dominican-American actress.

Ilia graduated from DeSales University and from Yale School of Drama.[1] After college she landed a role in Queenpins as a worker in a Mexican coupon factory. Paulino got her breakout role playing Lila on the HBO Max series The Sex Lives of College Girls.[1] Since beginning this role, Paulino has had a string of supporting roles in movies and TV shows. Paulino plays the pirate Alvida in the Netflix series One Piece[2] and is in the principal cast of the Netflix movie Family Switch.[3]

In addition to acting, Paulino is trying to branch out into writing. With her Sex Lives of College Girls co-star Amrit Kaur, she is co-writing a TV show called Nose and Belly.[4]

Many of Paulino's performances have won praise from critics and audiences.[5][6] Most notably her portrayal of Lila on The Sex Lives of College Girls has been cited for its rude audacity and authenticity.[7][8]
